Project Manager
Our client is a global communications and events agency. They are seeking a Project Manager for their Riyadh office to support their expanding business in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional team coordination (project management, content, production, logistics, audience), overseeing quality of deliverables, ensuring executional excellence.
- Support assigned project director in all its activities pursuant to overall project execution.
- Pro-active engagement in the full life cycle of a project, from planning & production through to delivery and post-event wrap-up by way of debriefs and reports.
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, including RA&A team departments, partners, vendors, venues, other stakeholders as well as our clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, trackers and weekly reports.
- Create and manage specific workflows/processes to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of projects.
