Project Coordinator
Our client is a global communications and events agency. They are seeking a Project Coordinator for their Riyadh office to support their expanding business in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Project Manager in: cross-functional team coordination (project, content, production, logistics, audience), overseeing quality of deliverables.
- Effectively coordinate multiple operations, commensurate with Project Coordinator role, at any given time.
- Produce, review, monitor, update and take action on all project-related documentation, ensuring that it is filed correctly (including but not limited to meeting agendas, status reports, tracking, critical path, etc).
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, relevant information and documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, trackers and weekly reports.
