Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Our client is a leading FMCG distribution company, seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery across all channels.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

· Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

· Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain optimal stock availability across all channels.

· Manage 3PL logistics partners, monitor transportation performance, delivery KPIs, and drive cost efficiency.

· Maintain inventory health, monitor stock aging, and minimize write-offs.

· Lead import processes, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.

· Improve processes, systems, and SOPs to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost control.

· Provide timely and accurate reporting on supply chain KPIs, stock levels, and operational performance.

· Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain and logistics management.

· Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL coordination.

· Proven ability to optimize processes and manage cost efficiencies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

· Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
