Digital Marketing Manager

3-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Inside IR35 | Competitive Day Rate

We are partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on digital marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel B2B campaigns, drive audience engagement, and deliver measurable impact across digital communications.

Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders, you’ll help shape and execute digital marketing activity across email, social media and web channels, ensuring content reaches the right audiences at the right time and delivers against business objectives.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising email marketing campaigns through Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Building and segmenting audiences using CRM data, including Salesforce.
  • Developing and executing engaging social media content, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day social media activity and campaign delivery.
  • Writing, editing and optimising high-quality marketing content across digital channels.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reporting and recommendations.
  • Using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement across digital marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, creatives and subject matter experts to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Championing digital marketing best practice and supporting colleagues in the effective use of digital channels and tools.

About You

We’re looking for a digitally savvy marketing professional who combines strong content creation skills with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Communications Manager or similar role.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within a complex, professional or global organisation.
  • Proven expertise across email marketing, social media, website content and digital campaign management.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using tools such as webinar, podcast, video and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana.
  • Exposure to financial services, professional services, membership organisations or regulated industries.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline.
