Content Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Content Manager to join the business on a fixed-term contract, leading the content workstream for a high-profile website transformation project. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on writing, editing and stakeholder engagement across the wider marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review, editing and optimisation of website content to align with a new brand identity, tone of voice and content strategy.
- Develop compelling new content, including service, sector and thought leadership pages, transforming complex subject matter into engaging client-facing copy.
- Conduct interviews with partners and subject matter experts to capture insights and develop unique market perspectives.
- Act as the editorial lead across the website project, ensuring consistency, quality and accuracy throughout the content lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including brand, design and digital partners, to support successful project delivery.
- Manage content governance processes, maintaining high editorial standards across website, campaign and thought leadership content.
- Support social media and external communications activity, including the creation and optimisation of LinkedIn and campaign content.
- Identify opportunities to refresh, repurpose and enhance existing content assets to maximise impact and engagement.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, editing and content strategy within a professional services, consulting or corporate environment.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex subject matter into engaging content.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including interviewing and working directly with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Experience delivering website content projects, digital transformations or brand refresh programmes would be highly advantageous.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content streams, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
