Michael serves as the Executive Director of Carter Murray in the U.S., where he drives the firm’s growth with a strategic focus on marketing, creative, and go-to-market talent. With more than 20 years of experience in staffing, sales, and operational leadership, he brings deep expertise in permanent, fractional, and contract recruitment.
Throughout his career, Michael has built and scaled high-performing teams and delivered embedded and contract talent solutions for organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and is passionate about helping businesses build impactful teams that support long-term success.
