Oumama leads our Carter Murray Middle East team, specialising in the recruitment of marketing, business development, sales, digital, communications, and PR professionals across the Middle East and Africa. She began her marketing career in 2011, overseeing operations across nine African countries. She later moved to Belgium, where she worked as an international communications and marketing consultant on European Commission-funded cooperation and development projects.

In 2016, Oumama transitioned into recruitment, focusing on permanent sales and marketing roles. She now places talent from managerial to senior executive levels across the GCC and Africa. Oumama holds two master’s degrees, in Marketing and in Organisational Management, from a leading French university.
