Pearce leads our marketing and sales search and recruitment services for Ireland. He partners with businesses to help them access the market’s best talent across technology, fintech, financial, professional services, consumer, information and other sectors.

Before returning to Ireland, Pearce led our recruitment team in Australia for six years where he worked with senior talent to build their teams and achieve their career own ambitions – from Sales, Marketing and Business Development Managers through to Directors, Vice Presidents and C-Suite.

Pearce worked at another leading recruitment firm in Ireland for over ten years before joining Carter Murray.
