After graduating from Nottingham University, Emma’s career began in marketing before transitioning into recruitment in 2003, sourcing talent for the financial services sector across marketing, digital, communications, product and business development. Emma has partnered with firms from start-ups and scale-ups to global corporates, she works across financial services including banking, investment management, private equity, fintech, payments, hedge funds, insurance, pensions, brokerages, exchanges and vendors. Emma has experience operating at all levels, recruiting up to and including C-suite executives within the UK, EMEA, US and APAC. She is responsible for permanent and interim hires in the UK and US.
