Before joining Carter Murray, Dimple gained experience at a leading recruitment consultancy sourcing C-level international and Middle East region candidates within the financial services and banking Sector.

Growing up in the UAE, Dimple has developed an extensive understanding of the local market and the key factors that contribute to recruitment success in both the government and private sectors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.
