Vice President, Corporate Marketing

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
The Opportunity
This is a foundational leadership role at a pivotal moment for a newly formed enterprise B2B SaaS organization serving complex, industrial markets. The Vice President of Corporate Marketing will define how the company is positioned, understood, and trusted by the market. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape narrative, establish category presence, and build credibility with customers, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Market Positioning and Narrative
- Define and evolve corporate positioning and category narrative
- Lead brand strategy and architecture across a multi‑product portfolio
- Establish clear differentiation and market leadership
Corporate Reputation and Communications
- Build and execute a global communications and PR strategy
- Develop relationships with key media, industry voices, and ecosystem partners
- Drive thought leadership at moments that matter to the business
Analyst and Market Engagement
- Own senior‑level analyst relationships
- Shape market perception through research, briefings, and reports
- Translate market and competitive insights into strategic guidance
Customer Advocacy
- Build a scalable customer advocacy and reference program
- Elevate customer proof through case studies and community initiatives
- Partner with sales and customer success to activate advocacy globally
Executive Visibility
- Elevate executive presence and external voice
- Support keynotes, industry forums, and leadership positioning
- Ensure consistency and clarity across executive communications
Strategic Market Insights
- Establish a modern insights capability spanning analysts, research, and competitive intelligence
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making across product, marketing, and revenue teams
- Leverage advanced tools to accelerate insight creation and learning
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record shaping market perception and building category leadership on a global scale
- Experience operating in complex, multi‑product or newly formed organizations
- Deep expertise in PR, analyst relations, and executive communications
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to link narrative to growth
- Background in enterprise SaaS, industrial technology, or adjacent sectors preferred
