My client is looking for a Global CRM Executive to join their highly collaborative and sociable team.
You will be responsible for implementing, testing and optimisation and charged with improving communications across email, mobile and SMS platform. You will support the creative team with new ideas and help develop personalised content across CRM programmes/campaigns. Importantly, you will also need to analyse results and findings in order to make the right recommendations to this dynamic business.
You must have experience of building and executing complex CRM activity, be able to use Braze (or a similar customer engagement platform) and have a good understanding of HTML / best email practices. It will be a bonus if you have experience in an ecommerce environment or have worked within a tech company.
Reporting into the global CRM manager, this is a great opportunity for personal progression and constant learning within a fun and rewarding environment.
This role is based in London and is paying up to £35k.
