AVP, Product Marketing
About the Role
We’re looking for an AVP, Product Marketing to join a dynamic team within a rapidly growing NYC-based Fintech company. This position will focus on supporting structured investment solutions and annuity offerings, working closely with product specialists, sales teams, and other internal partners to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for structured investments and annuity products, as well as related distribution channels.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new product launches and platform enhancements.
- Create and manage marketing and sales enablement materials such as presentations, fact sheets, brochures, case studies, and product demos to drive advisor adoption.
- Produce educational content and thought leadership that simplifies complex investment concepts for financial advisors and end clients.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, and events, using data-driven insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, ensuring marketing initiatives align with key business objectives and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities across acquisition, retention, platform functionality, and product launches to help achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in fintech, wealth management, alternative investments, or ETFs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving measurable results.
- Collaborative mindset with strong project management skills.
- Experience marketing structured investments, annuities, or alternative investment products.
- Familiarity with advisor distribution channels.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
