Michael leads our Carter Murray recruitment team in Germany which places professionals in roles across sales, marketing and procurement. He began his recruitment career in 2010 with experience in these sectors and more, including finance. He has an MBA degree in economy and is a passionate networker connecting ideas, talents and technologies. Due to his international background, Michael has a great intercultural understanding and empathy with a dynamic networking approach. His mission is to identify and connect brilliant talents with exceptional brands across the world.

Michael is responsible for growing our recruitment services for permanent and temporary placements, as well as supporting our people development and increasing our market share.
