Our client is a leading petrochemical company seeking a Superintendent – Fixed Equipment Reliability to join their Technical Division. This senior role oversees the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and a solid background in inspection engineering within the process industry.

Responsibilities:

· Lead fixed equipment reliability initiatives and support capital projects and maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with API Inspection Codes and manage integrity of static equipment (e.g., furnaces, pressure vessels, tanks, PRDS).

· Drive turnaround planning, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

· Manage team performance, budget, and cross-functional collaboration.

· Promote safety culture and implement operational excellence standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in the process/petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of API Inspection Codes and static equipment.
  • Proven supervisory and inspection engineering experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
