Our client is a prominent hospitality and events organization seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Officer to manage multiple contracts and oversee tendering processes. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic vendor engagement across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice on procurement and contracting activities, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Draft and review contracts for goods, services, minor and major works, construction, and contract variations.
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain and report monthly updates on all contracts awarded by the department.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in contract management and tendering.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations and contract law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
