Our client is a regional leader in the marketing, sales, and distribution of premium Food & Beverage, Household, and Personal Care brands. They are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven, strategic thinker with strong brand management and cross-functional leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing supplier relationships, and executing impactful marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Communication & Relationship Management

  • Lead weekly alignment meetings with brand principals across marketing and commercial functions.
  • Develop and manage annual Joint Business Plans to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.

2. Comprehensive Marketing Management

  • Plan and execute trade campaigns, visibility programs, in-store activations, and liquidation strategies.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events.
  • Support digital campaigns and influencer activations.
  • Manage brand content and creative assets to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

3. Sales, Procurement & Internal Alignment

  • Set and align annual purchase targets with Procurement.
  • Monitor stock health and flag underperforming SKUs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of brand strategies.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report sell-out performance, stock status, campaign ROI, and other key metrics.
  • Deliver structured monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Brand Advocacy & Development

  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring brand integrity and representation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and propose growth initiatives.
  • Resolve brand-related issues to maintain customer trust and brand equity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
