A well know iconic Australian fashion brand is looking for a Head of Digital, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO. This is a well-established organisation that have big plans for growth in Australia; they are looking for a digitally and Ecommerce focused to grow the business online presence.
You will report to the CEO and will be broadly responsible for the following:
- Create digital marketing campaigns across performance channels to drive traffic and convert to purchase
- Complete ownership of online P&L in line with budget
- Constant analysis of website performance
- Be the champion for digital across the business working with senior stakeholders to drive the digital strategy
- Proven experience in implementing Customer Relationship Marketing strategy
- Drive acquisition, nurture and retention strategies
- Create a testing strategies to understand how campaigns are performing
- Launch a digital dashboard to report on crucial metrics regularly
- Establish and manage the online budget
This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience in a retail, fashion or Ecommerce background driving the performance of the online store. You will have also be able to work with senior stakeholders and be commercially results driven.
