This role is working at a market leading Professional Services organisation who are looking to embark on a new approach to clients and markets and are seeking a senior client relationship specialist to lead their key account programme. As well as manging a couple of key accounts, this role will look at how the programme runs, how it can be improved and will allow the person in role to help shape the future approach to clients through this programme. The role has a great blend of strategic and operational and requires someone as interested in leading by example as they are driven by how to make things better.
The ideal candidate will be a client relationship professional, used to leading a team and may be someone looking for their first "Head of" role. It will be advantageous to have worked in a professional services environment before but not essential. The most important skills set is the deep understanding of key account programmes, how they work and how they could be better.
