Corporate Sales Consultant
Our client is a luxury retail furniture and furnishing company. They are seeking a Corporate Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role focuses on promoting and securing long-term rental agreements for premium home furnishings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and experienced in the interiors or furnishings industry, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for long-term furniture rental services.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, real estate agencies, and individual customers.
· Conduct client consultations to understand furnishing needs and propose tailored rental solutions.
· Prepare and present rental proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and setup of rental packages.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and follow-ups.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
· Represent the brand professionally at networking events and industry functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, interiors, or home services industry.
- Strong understanding of home furnishing solutions and ability to communicate value effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
