Commercial Director

Our client is a modern financial services trading platform, looking to expand their business into KSA. They are seeking a Commercial Director to be the commercial owner and on-the-ground leader in Saudi Arabia.

This role is responsible for driving the market toward its commercial KPIs and ensuring effective day-to-day coordination between the stakeholders. The role combines execution, leadership, and representation, and is central to the success of the Saudi launch.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and drive commercial performance and KPIs

· Identify and resolve execution challenges across product, marketing, onboarding, and operations

· Lead business development, partnerships, and local commercial initiatives

· Represent the business confidently with:

o Institutional stakeholders

o Strategic partners

o Influencers, media, and ecosystem participants

· Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between Audi and Amana toward shared commercial outcomes

Requirements:

· Fluent in Arabic and English

· Background in modern FinTech, digital financial services, brokerage, or trading

· Strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution capability

· Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
