About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a high-performing marketing and BD team. This broad role offers exposure to strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, events, thought leadership, client engagement and business development activity across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across key practice areas and sectors.
  • Create, edit and publish engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, podcasts and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, website analytics, social media engagement and broader marketing metrics, providing insight and recommendations.
  • Support and enhance the firm’s digital presence through website management, email marketing, social media activity and digital communications.
  • Coordinate a range of client-facing events, webinars, seminars and sponsorship activities from planning through to post-event reporting.
  • Assist with PR activity, working alongside external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise media opportunities and coverage.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of legal directory submissions and award entries, producing compelling content and managing stakeholder contributions.
  • Maintain and develop marketing collateral including credentials, presentations, brochures, case studies, biographies and practice area materials.
  • Support internal communications initiatives across multiple channels, helping to increase engagement across the business.
  • Assist with CRM activity, including contact management, campaigns, event invitations, reporting and embedding best practice across the firm.

Key Requirements

  • Marketing experience within a professional services environment, with legal sector experience highly desirable.
  • Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including website content management, email marketing, social media and analytics.
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars and client engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing systems and the ability to interpret and leverage campaign data.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, advantageous.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency within a professional services environment.
