As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support marketing activity across a range of service lines and sectors, delivering campaigns, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and helping to raise the firm’s profile and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across key business areas.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop marketing plans and activity.
  • Create engaging content across digital, social, email and web channels.
  • Translate technical subject matter into clear and compelling messaging.
  • Work closely with PR, events and business development teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements using data and insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience within professional services ideally accounting, advisory or legal.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools, CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads is advantageous.
  • Financial services or regulated sector experience would be beneficial.
