Our client is an emerging global player in the data transformation technology and consulting space. As part of the exciting growth they are going through, they are looking for a successful and experienced Sales Leader to take on their VP for Asia role.
This role will be responsible for Asia Pacific's strategy and business plans which includes defining business objectives & financial targets and how they will be achieved in alignment with the group's corporate objectives; driving initiatives in the region and making regular reviews of these objectives with regional leaders & other direct reports; and creating and instilling a high performing and collaborative sales & services culture to drive maximum revenue & customer satisfaction.
Are an experienced APAC leader with demonstrable successful track record achieving and over achieving revenue targets. You possess strong communications and networking skills who can effectively engage with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the organisation. A people person and a reputable leader who has the experience, credibility and natural skills to build, lead and inspire a top performing team.
