UX Designer
Carter Murray are currently partnered with an extremely well-known and reputable consumer brand in Reading who are looking for a UX Designer to join their team.
Reporting to the Creative Design Lead and working with two other UX/UI Designers, together you’ll be the team responsible for leading the development of the customer experience in all stages of the product and service design process. You will play a critical part in designing a seamless customer experience across web and mobile interactions for the group across UK, US and AU/NZ markets.
As a customer-centric innovative thinker you will deeply understand the customer through research, use of insights and analysis to ensure you are designing solutions that meet their needs and add value. You’ll play a hands-on role, designing and prototyping the overall functionality of products and features within your product area to ensure a first-class user experience. The brand are accelerating their growth into a digital first global eCommerce business and therefore a really exciting time to join to team, roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and make a huge impact in the business.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable UX design experience for responsive websites, mobile and tablet applications (iOS and Android) with a standout portfolio of diverse design thinking work that demonstrates product thinking and an understanding of user-centred design methodologies. You will have a passion for understanding problems and providing solutions, coaching people you work with and work collaboratively to achieve team goals and business objectives.
