This Key Account Manager role sits within a leading global law firm who operate in more than 40 countries all around the globe, positioned to help all of their clients globally with their legal needs.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building a client service plan identifying areas to target, whilst taking responsibility for communication as well as enforcement of service levels across the wider firm, helping relationships to grow within a core team, focused around your selected clients.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with your clients, becoming the main point of contact for enquiries, sharing client intelligence with the core team and wider firm. You will develop idea's to your team and ensure that the account is managed in the best way possible for the benefit of your clients and your team.
Previous experience within a similar Key Account Managerial role within the Professional Services would be desirable and help to achieve success within this role .
