Territory Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Are you interested in contributing your sales expertise to one of the global market leaders in the area of thermal management products and in proactively influencing the sustainable growth within the target region?

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by exploring and qualifying new and existing accounts by presenting the companies products, technologies and capabilities to OEM’s and channel partners
  • Define technical product solutions and value equations with OEM customers
  • Instruct and train assigned channel partners in the selling of products and capabilities to indirect accounts
  • Manage all business opportunities and leads, funnel analysis, and actions for the assigned accounts and territory.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree within a technical field
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience within the business-to-business environment, preferably in the area of electrical manufacturing
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions and driving new business opportunities with large OEM customers and their respective engineering teams.
  • Good communication skills both written and in person, ability to engage and understand client needs and be a ‘trusted partner’ understanding the complexities of dealing with multiple client stakeholders.
