A highly reputed government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to join their Strategic Planning & Development Deputyship.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Lead the development and refinement of the organization’s strategic plans, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and national priorities.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze market trends, internal performance data, and external benchmarks to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.

  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish organizational goals and develop mechanisms for tracking progress and achieving key milestones.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively integrated into operational plans and projects.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary adjustments.

  • Scenario Planning & Risk Assessment: Conduct scenario analyses to assess potential risks and opportunities, ensuring that strategic plans are resilient and adaptable.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.

  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
