SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST – FINANCIAL SERVICES
£40,000-£50,000 Per Annum
BASED CITY, LONDON (HYBRID WORKING)
My client who are an online investment advisor and one of the largest digital wealth management companies in Europe is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their growing team.
As the Social Media Specialist, you will play an important role in working within the Brand team alongside product team, growth team and the wider marketing teams.
The successful candidate must also have a proven experience working in the financial services and/or fintech industries.
The role is based in London with 2 days working in the office per week
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy
- Create and drive creative social media content and play a key role within the overall content strategy.
- Plan and build a social media calendar to drive followers and engagement
- Drive to build the investors community around various social media platforms
- Define and report social media KPI, Engagements and other metrics
- Use social media marketing tools and follow best practices
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure the content is engaging and appealing.
- Collaborate with wider marketing and product development teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as social media specialist
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, Discord
- Experience in building audience targeting and social analytics
- Experience in creating quick video content will be plus
- Excellent multitasking skills and time management skills.
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Following trends and creating new content led trends
- Experience within FinTech industry will be plus
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
