SENIOR CLIENT MARKETING MANAGER – FINANCIAL SERVICES / WEALTH MANAGEMENT

HYBRID 3 DAYS A WEEK (BASED IN THE CITY, LONDON)

SALARY CIRCA £85-95,000+bonus, bens

Exciting newly created opportunity to join a high profile and reputable global player in the Wealth Management space in a senior management role-driving the client marketing programmes

You will play a key role in driving trust and loyalty with clients. It is a role that is driven by analytics and research and is driven by the clients’ needs to drive longevity and deepen share of wallet across all client segments/groups.

You’ll need solid marketing experience gained in wealth management or private banking, with experience in developing client-centric marketing strategies aimed at promoting customer retention and loyalty. Experience across campaigns and brand will also be important

  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  2. Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to build rapport to enable the organisation to understand clients’ needs etc
  3. Strategic Planning: develop strategic plans that align with marketing goals which will help identify opportunities for growth, and loyalty.
  4. Client Communication: Regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, discuss any challenges, and address concerns.
  5. Performance Evaluation: Assessing the success of client programs.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to enhance the quality of services provided and increase

Experience required

  • Experience in marketing gained in wealth management or private banking
  • Experience in client marketing and insight utilising data experience with a good understanding of campaign management and data analytics
  • Strong experience in marketing with a focus on loyalty / customer retention
  • Strong experience in brand management /development/ brand profile raising
  • Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Budget Management
