The Role:

  • Work with the marketing leads and teams across the business to take briefs on marketing campaigns, then planning and executing them to the agreed brief and timeframe
  • Writing, scheduling and tracking social media posts
  • Creating and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on social media, including engagement rates and conversions on the brand websites
  • Assisting with German translations across all marketing communications
  • Content production, including repurposing old content
  • Day-to-day updates and German translations of content
  • Setting up and delivering automation campaigns and processes, identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement for new candidate and lead acquisition and candidate and client retention
  • Where appropriate and/or necessary, supporting the events executive on European events – such as events that are in German
  • Leading on operational marketing initiatives such as business cards, headshots and office branding (posters, signage) for the European offices
  • Negotiate contracts and costs with European supplies as and when required
  • Work with the marketing leads on campaigns to launch new brands

Your Profile:

  • Minimum three years’ experience working in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment. Recruitment experience ideal
  • Proven track record of successfully executing a range of marketing campaigns
  • Fluent German and English. Dutch and Italian ideal but not required
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills. Able to manage a busy workload, work on multiple projects at a time and have excellent time management skills
  • Experience of building trusted internal relationships and strong stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics. Including social media tracking, website statistics and measuring ROI from marketing activities such as events and content campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; comfortable with data and analysis
  • Experience of writing and proofing content to a high standard, in both English and German
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Experience with marketing automation or email campaign software such as ClickDimensions or Hubspot and setting up and running marketing automations to drive acquisition and retention, as well as improve customer experience and conversions
  • Experience of using a website CMS, ideally WordPress
  • Experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Premier Pro desirable
  • Experience of negotiating contracts and working within a budget would be desirable
