NEW Senior Manager (Key Accounts & Sector Development), TMT with one of the largest full service law firms.

The Senior Manager (Key Accounts & Sector Development), TMT will join an environment where you are genuinely empowered to lead and deliver on highly strategic and innovative client-facing programmes and projects. You will be dealing with some of the world's top business names working alongside some of the world's leading lawyers, exploiting your professional knowledge and experience.

You should be able to demonstrate the highest quality customer service by delighting customers at every opportunity and be ready to be proactive in helping the business grow and move forwards.

The TMT sector is market leading, globally. The sector markets itself through 3 core sub-sectors; Technology, Telecoms and Media. The team act for a vast and wide range of leading brands within the sector, with an enviable portfolio of key accounts.

Key responsibilities::
· Manage a small portfolio of own accounts comprised of the sector's most strategic clients, 'leading from the front' through deployment of world-class key account management techniques.
· Direct all marketing communications globally for the sector, ensuring that it entirely aligned with the sector strategy - clients, markets, products & services - challenging traditional marketing techniques and embracing technology and cutting-edge approaches to drive connectivity with the client base.
· Influence strategic hires and coach individuals to ensure that they are successfully integrated into client teams in order to expedite return on investment.
· Inform the leadership of global Client Service Teams, facilitating change where needed. Manage conflicts, ensuring that interests of the clients are balanced with the long-term aspirations for the sector.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills together with proven ability to develop a new team are essential. You will have a proven ability to influence and harness the talent and resources across marketing, business services and fee- earners. Extensive experience in a client-facing environment is a must. You will have an intimate knowledge of sector developments and emerging legal themes with the ability to translate into a compelling value proposition.
