This is a newly created role in a newly created team at a global management consultancy with incredibly ambitious growth plans. This role will see you working closely with the business to create strategic account plans for existing and target clients, coaching the team in sales best-practice and enabling them to go to market in the best way possible. There is a huge amount of resource to draw upon but it's a business that makes the most of people's entrepreneurial nature so this is a great opportunity for you to bring your ideas to life as it is not an established team with an established way of doing things - very exciting for the right person!
The ideal candidate will be a business development professional with strong experience in key account management and account planning and will have done this in the professional services industry.
