An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced events professional to join a leading law firm. This role focuses on creating engaging and innovative experiences that bring value to both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, sponsorship management, and strategic engagement with in a law firm or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of various events, from professional networking sessions and industry seminars to corporate hospitality and large-scale conferences.
  • Provide strategic input on event formats and timing to maximise audience engagement and align with broader business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring brand visibility and strong collaboration.
  • Oversee event logistics, including sourcing and contracting venues, coordinating suppliers, and maintaining quality control over all materials.
  • Ensure financial accuracy by setting budgets, tracking expenditures, and working closely with finance teams for reporting.
  • Analyse event performance, reviewing attendance data and feedback to refine strategies for future initiatives.
