This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will take ownership of all digital channels, including the management of a new digital platform overhaul (website, CRM and marketing automation). You will manage the digital marketing budget as well as one direct report, and will work very closely with the senior leadership team. You will also manage agency relationships and all social media channels.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have worked in a heavily regulated environment, ideally financial services, wealth / superfunds or telecommunications. You will have experience managing websites and creating an excellent online customer experience. You will be highly articulate and although you work in a strategic capacity you will be comfortable taking on some of the more tactical elements of the role on occasions. You will have worked with a variety of CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and will have managed digital agencies. It would be a huge bonus if you have experience creating a new website for a business from scratch.
