Senior Digital Acquisition Manager
Carter Murray are exclusively partnered with a very well-known and highly reputable consumer brand based in Berkshire who are looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to join their team.
Reporting to and and working closely with the Marketing Director you will create, develop and lead the customer acquisition strategy for their brands and subscriptions business to deliver volumes, revenue and ROI with a particular focus across digital channels. You’ll work with Business Partners, Head of Brand & Partnerships and other senior leaders in their marketing team to develop and deliver the acquisition targets and recruitment plan across paid search, paid and organic social, display, affiliates, card-linked offers and print. You’ll have responsibility of a large customer acquisition budget, manage external agencies and supplier relationships and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the UK, US and Australia to create and deliver campaigns and promotions that balance engagement, ROI and long-term value that are consistent with the overall business and brand values.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a hands-on digital acquisition/ performance marketing role from a fast-paced consumer subscription, product or retail background. You will be career focused and results-driven with line management experience, have a strategic approach with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance to constantly develop and improve digital performance across the business.
