I am recruiting for a Senior CRM Manager to join a market leading consumer tech business.
The business is growing significantly YOY, it operates in over 10 markets globally and it attracts top talent from across the world to work in its central London HQ.
This role is responsible for step changing the capability of the CRM and customer engagement strategy. KPIs will focus on driving revenue through CRM, increasing LTV, driving engagement and frequency of purchase to name a few.
I am looking to speak with experienced CRM or customer marketing professionals from major consumer .com/pureplay/ecommerce businesses. Ideally you would have worked with large data sets, have experience working with complex CRM platforms such as SMFC and be a great people person as this role also has 4 direct reports.
