Senior CRM Executive
Carter Murray have partnered with a luxury travel company based in London, who are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join their marketing team.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, maximising customer lifetime value and enabling acquisition of new clients.
Responsibilities –
- Transform first time bookings into returning customers by suggesting comparable travel experiences and working out motivations for their trip
- Develop a retention strategy focusing on customer loyalty and recognising client referrals
- Targeted email communications for each stage of the customer lifecycle; enquiry, booking, departure, return, birthdays and anniversaries
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice
- Detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Design and execute A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and customer engagement
Experience & Skills
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role
- Analytical and a strong understanding of customer journey
- Looking to step up into a Senior CRM role, where you can manage the CRM database from start to finish
