I am looking for a data driven Senior Category Manager to create and execute the commercial strategy for a successful premium casual dining chain. You will deliver EBITDA growth from like-for-like sales and gross margin improvement across all food and drink categories.
You will be responsible for using a variety of levers to drive like-for-like sales growth, such as range improvement, optimisation of price and promotion, upselling and maximisation of the use of space, and will drive category performance as well as the performance of the brand.
Being insight led, you will identify customer and food & beverage trends and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to business challenges and to drive revenue.
You should come from hospitality or a food & beverage background and must have a solid understanding of operations and logistics in the restaurant sector.
You will work closely with the CFO but will officially report into the Marketing Director.
