NEW Senior Business Development Manager- Dispute Resolution role with global law firm.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, self-starter to work with the Dispute Resolution International Practice Group to plan, deliver and lead innovative, incisive and value-added business development strategy ensuring key objectives in the firm and DR business plans are achieved. The Senior Business Development Manager will work with the BD team to deliver on the marketing and business development objectives of the firm. You will work with the DR partner group to develop a forward looking plan, which aligns to the firm's Business Plan and oversees all BD activity to ensure alignment with the plan. You will also identify opportunities for strategic thought leadership campaigns/products to feed into sector campaigns. You will work with the client programme teams to implement client development strategy as well as direct client development initiatives within DR. You will also be responsible for people management of an assigned team.
Successful candidates will have previous extended Business Development and Marketing experience from the professional services, ideally law. You will have strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to build and develop teams and run strategic campaigns and client programmes.
