Senior Business Development Executive – Employment

This Senior Buisness Development Executive role in Employment, is positioned within a leading independent specialist law firm. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and take responsibility for delivering BD and marketing activities, initiate ideas, and take the lead on pushing projects through to successful completion.

Within this Senior Business Development Executive role, you will develop a deep understanding of the practice areas, their specialisms, clients, market positioning and how they interact with each other and practices across the firm as well as lead on the preparation of directory and award submissions for the departments with the appropriate lawyers. Take responsibility for delivering great content on time. Within this role you will work with the lawyers in the production of credential statements, pitch documents and PowerPoint presentations, marketing material, including brochures, newsletters and client briefings and other client communications. Supporting the lawyers in implementing business development activities including planning, organisation and project management of a wide range of client-focussed events in London, Cambridge and Oxford, will also be a key feature of this opportunity. You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Team in the production of regular direct mail and e-mailings, utilising the Firm’s InterAction CRM system.

The successful candidate for this role will have business development and marketing exposure from a legal and/or professional services environment.
