(remote) Area Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Generating leads and potential projects.
- Successfully implement bid strategies to close business.
- Manage, update and track key projects in each marked sector. (Transportation, private development, commercial development).
- Be involved with and serve in key industry groups and associations, Universities and local Authorities.
- Cooperate with Licensees companies.
- Develop and execute a business development plan focused on Government agencies, Geotechnical Engineers, Key/National accounts and General Contractors.
- Perform full day design workshops and specialized technical presentations.
- Populate project pipeline database with new specified projects in coordination with Inside Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate interaction between engineering / design department and the client to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering services and systems.
Profile
- 5 Years of Experience in Sales in the Construction Industry
- 2-5 Years of proven Sales Experience ideally in Civil Engineering
- Availability to Travel 50%+
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Business Acumen
- Strong Interpersonal, Personal and Project Management Skills
