Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience
  • Working closely with brand partners and assure a consistent execution excellence
  • Assist and provide guidelines to store managers on profitable in-store presentation, customer service and ways of improving
  • Coordinate and daily management of store staff, programmes and activities to achieve optimum inventory levels and merchandise selection at all times
  • Provide accurate and timely management information with supporting analysis, through weekly and daily reporting, to Retail Director and/or Deputy Retail Director
  • Work with the Leasing and Operation teams to ensure smooth implementation of programmes and new store opening and closures
  • Communicate with the Learning & Development team on training needs analysis and suggest programmes of store staff development
  • Provide insights to implement the Village retail strategy through analysis of fashion trends, customer behaviours and key seasonal dates
  • Liaise effectively with Leasing and Operations teams in providing the support needed to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction, compliance with all legal requirements and successful operational coordination
  • Work closely with Legal, Operations, Service Managers and Brands to execute Brand Compliance checks and ensure stores comply to rules and regulations
  • Contribute fully and communicate actions from Retail and Store Manager meetings to all parties
  • Work within the Retail and Marketing teams building Retail Calendars and Key Brand Moments by providing key relevant information to effectively support the overall business

Your Profile

  • Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable
  • Proven experience in international luxury retail industry, ideally within a department store
  • Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open minded capability to adapt to a fast pace environment
  • Clear analytical capabilities, structured approach, and an eye for detail
  • A customer focused approach with an innate understanding of quality service
  • Fluent in English and German language, any other European language beneficial
  • Energetic and hands-on approach
  • Grown oriented and a tenacious self-starter
  • Set high standards for yourself and the teams
