There is an opportunity to join a leading solution software provider in a Regional Sales Director role. This position will lead sales across the Greater China region, driving business growth while also managing existing client relationships. The company offers software solutions to a range of corporate business across multiple business sectors.

Responsibilities;

  • Research and understand the Asia market, including competitor analysis.
  • Learn, enhance and implement the sales methodology for the Greater China market.
  • Stimulate and create market demand.
  • Identify key market dynamics, create alliances and a relevant, dynamic and influential network.
  • Working with the marketing team, implement the global strategy in a way that has meaning locally to the market, yet remains absolutely consistent with the brand.
  • Develop an expert knowledge in SaaS offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and help develop solutions

Requirements;

  • Must possess excellent spoken and written English capabilities.
  • Must understand and respect the business and cultural norms across Hong Kong, Taiwan, China.
  • Understand a multifaceted, complex selling process.
  • Have a strong academic record or relevant combination of University education and experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • A passion for problem solving
  • Complete comfort working in a fast-paced environment, yet in a remote role.
