For our Düsseldorf office, we are looking for two graduates to join our graduate programme. You will support our team in identifying candidates, gathering market information, coordinating interviews and expanding our candidate database. You will receive in-depth trainings, both theoretically and on the job, and increase your knowledge of recruitment, markets, clients and candidates to become a Consultant.

Ideally, you are close to finalising your studies and you are looking for an exciting challenge to start your professional career.

With us, you will get a deep insight in various markets and a complex overview of different company structures. You will learn how to organise a recruitment process, how to communicate with professionals at all levels of Sales & Marketing leaders in Germany and Continental Europe and you will gain profound insights into the world of business, from start-ups to global players.

You are fluent in German and English, have excellent knowledge of internet research and professional networks such as LinkedIn and XING and would like to be part of an international team with which you can develop yourself further. Does this sound interesting?
