NEW Real Estate Senior Business Manager - Marketing with leading accountancy firm.
This leading global accountancy firm are looking for an experienced, credible and highly motivated Senior Manager to join the Sales & Marketing function (SMT) to support Real Estate (RE) - one of the firm's strategic priorities.
This role is responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop and drive the sales and marketing strategy for Real Estate (RE) in the UK.
The successful candidate will have strong communications skills, a proven track record in delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns and a strong understanding of the sales process in order to credibly support and challenge the RE senior management team. Creativity and innovative thinking will be key in order to effectively communicate key business messages to a diverse client and internal audience. The ability to network confidently both internally and externally will also be important.
The prime area of focus for the Marketing and Business Development function is to support the development and implementation of the firm's market strategy and in particular to deliver revenue growth and enhance relationships and networks. You will work with key stakeholders to support the go to market strategy and business priorities, build brand profile both external and internal, develop networks, relationships, define propositions, and drive engagement with key buyer groups and accounts.
Successful candidates will have previous experience of delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns (ideally within a Professional Services or Real Estate environment). You will have a strong knowledge of sales methodology with a proven track record in implementing both strategic and tactical initiatives which drive revenue.
