Join an international law firm as a Pursuits Manager in their London‑based Marketing & BD function. This is a 12-month FTC with the potential to convert to permanent, and fluency in Arabic is essential due to the clients and regions supported.

You’ll take ownership of high‑value pitches and proposals, work closely with partners across multiple jurisdictions, and help refine processes to improve efficiency and win rates. The role suits someone confident managing complex cross‑border submissions, comfortable navigating senior stakeholders, and able to bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high‑value proposals and RFPs
  • Coordinate with regional and international teams to deliver cohesive submissions
  • Develop and maintain proposal content libraries
  • Shape messaging and gather input from partners and lawyers
  • Analyse win/loss data and recommend improvements
  • Liaise with pricing, compliance, conflicts and other internal teams
  • Support colleagues and contribute to process optimisation

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience in proposals or BD ideally within legal or professional services but open to wider sectors for this particular role
  • Confident working across regions and seniority levels
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • Fluency in Arabic both written and spoken (essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills
