Carter Murray is partnering with an entertainment government organization based in Abu Dhabi. They’re currently in a growth phase and are looking for an Event Project Analyst to join their team.

The Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the projects team in the event planning, execution and reconciliation process by coordinating with all other departments.

The role is a full time position based in Abu Dhabi.

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Projects team in the execution of all event-related project activities.

2. Administrative support to the Senior- or Project Manager

3. Coordinate with artist management the logistical planning and execution on event day.

4. Liaise with all third-party contracts’ consultants, suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of events to ensure positive relationships.

5. Manage and administer the pre-qualification process for suppliers and consultants.

6. Contribute and provide assistance in developing event concepts through continuous research, ideas transfer, workshop participation and sharing of knowledge.

7. Comply and follow project/event approach according to current company standards including compliance procedures, project management processes and event forms.

8. Coordinate and liaise with other departments regarding accommodation, talent management, hospitality, ticketing, venue management, production, merchandise and customer service.

9. Alert and follow up with Project Team regarding any change during the life of the project. Contribute and prepare status reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

10. Support the Project team in risk management process and reporting.

11. Support in the reconciliation of projects/events including chasing department status of payments, accruals, invoices pending.

12. Support and prepare the project post evaluation report and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s Degree -Project Management/hospitality/event management/business management

2.English-verbal and written-expert

3. 2 years in an event planning position.

4. Prior event management of small/medium scale events/festivals, budget management. Understanding of events administration.
