NEW Business Development Manager- private client and family role within leading innovative law firm.
This Business Development Manager role with set the agenda for the Private Client and Family Partner group of this innovative law firm. You will lead on pushing projects through to completion and develop a successful and happy team around you. You will act as a strategic partner to your group and will be responsible for providing and driving high value advice and initiatives, whilst contributing to the firm's overall business development strategy. You will as a strategic partner to your group and you will have day to day contact with a variety of key stakeholders including Senior Partners and fee earners and you will identify which are the most appropriate clients for growth and develop plans accordingly. You will identify and develop Practice specific products and services that be used to position the Practices competitively and improve the marketing capability of the Practice's lawyers and raise their awareness of the role that the business development team can play. You will act as a true partner to the business.
The successful candidate will have previous Business Development and Marketing experience in the professional services and be able to build strong working relationships across the firm. You will have a client development focus and the ability to coach partners.
