Based- London (Hybrid)

An exciting new permanent opportunity to join a fast-growing FinTech who is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their dynamic and growing , Account Management team in London.

You will provide crucial support to our Account Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our Financial Adviser business. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Managers in the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding, Compliance, and Projects, to coordinate client onboarding, project implementations, and ongoing service enhancements.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Advisers, responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, illustrations, and other deliverables, utilising relevant data and insights to support account management activities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisers, acting as a trusted provider and strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the Account Manager in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Fielding telephone calls, training sessions and responding to incoming enquiries from our Adviser partners.

Essential Skills and experience for both

  • 1-3 Years experience working in a similar role within the financial services or Fintech experience in procuring, implementing and optimising marketing technology solutions
  • Experience working within the financial services sector is a must
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
